Sometimes this can be caused by an old GPU cache for the application.
In chromium and some chrome based browsers and/or CEF (chromium embedded framework) applications, there is a GPUCache folder. For Chromium on Nobara i t is located at:
~/.config/chromium/Default/GPUCache
Deleting this folder can resolve the issue.
