This is a known open KDE bug:

It's caused by a leftover KDE 5 shortcut created either by the user and/or within the user's home directory.
Removing the following file should resolve the issue (Note ~ is short for /home/username):
~/.local/share/applications/org.kde.spectacle.desktop
